I would highly recommend them and also enjoyed their senses of humour. Also, despite being a “difficult” delivery (20 steps down), I didn’t hear any cursing or swearing (I’m sure they were uttering profanities though in their minds). Also, a big thank you to Tom for being able to deliver at such short notice!
I thought that the four young men did a wonderful job. They had three flights of stairs to negotiate and they were well prepared and very knowledgeable. The piano was moved expertly from start to finish. Portable items were carefully wrapped in black soft wrappers. They were very nice young boys and a pleasure to meet.
Would certainly use your services again if needed. I only needed an old upright moved up five steps into another room to allow for renovations. I was very pleasantly surprised at the professional attitude but most of all the cost was so reasonable. I could not get a plumber/tradie in the door at that price!
I can’t recommend you guys enough, when looking for a piano mover I had a lot of doubt with many of the movers I spoke to and then I asked some musician friends who put me onto you. From the word go your team was communicative and made everything so easy, even when there were issues on the pick up end, you guys handled it brilliantly. When the piano was delivered the guys were friendly, careful and even gave me some piano advice. All in all I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.
